Refund policy


WHAT IS SĒK APPAREL'S RETURN POLICY?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. SĒK APPAREL will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and with tags. You’ll also need the packing slip or proof of purchase. Please place your items in protective packaging to avoid damage to the items.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST?

Sign in using the instructions below.

  2. Log into your account.
  3. Verify your account if needed.
  4. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 
  6. Click Request return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days for us to process it. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us immediately.

WHAT IS SĒK APPAREL'S EXCHANGE POLICY?

MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTED. WHAT CAN I DO?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to forward photos of any damage to returns@sekapparel.com. If the product has been misused or care instructions have not been followed then product will not be eligible to claim as defected.

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT DURING A SALE?

Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE. All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. This includes but is not limited to promotional sale items and any product explicitly tagged as final sale at the time of purchase.
